How is an archive created?

The product is installed between the email server and the firewall, preferrably on a dedicated server, and all email traffic is routed through it. Then the messages will be copied and forwarded to the recipient. Routing of e-mail messages through the archiving server is completely unnoticeable and seamless to the end-users. All archived messages are immediately indexed and available for searching.

How to find an archived e-mail message?

The archive is equipped with a powerful and fast full-text search engine and a web-based user interface. This makes it easy to find a neccessary e-mail message. Its search capabilities include:

• searching by sender
• searching by recipient
• searching by date
• full-text search by subject or body-text keywords
